Position Summary:
As an LPN at our facility, you鈥檒l play a hands-on role in delivering care to a vulnerable population under the guidance of RNs and medical providers. Some responsibilities include:
鈥� Administering medications and treatments as ordered
鈥� Assisting with activities of daily living and therapeutic interventions
鈥� Taking vital signs and monitoring patient conditions
鈥� Providing wound care and changing dressings
鈥� Supporting documentation and care planning
鈥� Promoting hygiene, sanitation, and a safe environment for all patients
鈥� Serving as a vital part of a multidisciplinary treatment team
Hours | 36-40 weekly
Pay/Wages | up to $35/hr
