SMV Recruiting is partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization on a confidential search for an Industrial Maintenance & Machine Technician to support a highly automated production operation. On 1st OR 3rd shift. We have three openings in total and are looking to hire ASAP!
About the Role:
This is a hands-on machine operation and maintenance-focused role supporting a highly automated production line. This position is ideal for someone with industrial equipment experience who wants to build long-term skills in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting within a stable, growth-oriented environment.
There is no dedicated on-site maintenance team, so this role plays a critical part in keeping equipment running. You will operate machinery, troubleshoot issues, perform routine maintenance, and support machine adjustments and changeovers. This role includes a structured training path and long-term advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities:
鈥� Operate and monitor automated production equipment
鈥� Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on industrial machinery
鈥� Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on machines and tooling
鈥� Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and production standards
鈥� Support equipment startups, shutdowns, and changeovers
鈥� Perform routine inspections and document production and quality checks
鈥� Use hand tools, measuring tools, and basic electrical testing equipment
鈥� Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety and PPE requirements
Hours | 1st Shift or 3rd Shift
Pay/Wages | $21.00-$26.50
