Coverage area: Randolph, Monroe, Madison, St. Clair Counties
Schedule:鈥�疐ull time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities
As a Home Health PTA, You will:
鈥� Provide physical therapy services planned, delegated and supervised by the qualified Physical Therapist in accordance with the patient鈥檚 Plan of Treatment鈥�
鈥� Conferswith Physical Therapist regularly regarding patient鈥檚 plan of treatment, status of progress toward goals, questions and concerns
鈥� Communicate patient鈥檚 needs and progress to the Physical Therapist of record and assists in securing special adaptive equipment for patient to improve function.鈥疘ncorporates the use of adaptive equipment to enhance the rehabilitation program
鈥� Maintain and submit patient treatment and billing documentation in the format and timelines required by the Company, facility, funding source, local, state and federal regulations
Qualifications
鈥� Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Assistant by state in which practicing
鈥� Current Basic Life Support or cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification, in accordance state regulations
鈥� A minimum of one year鈥檚 work experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
鈥� Demonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury鈥�
